The
Access Act recognizes citizens' rights to access, not only documents, but also the personal information concerning them and to correct this information if it is inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous, or if its gathering, transmission or conservation is not authorized by law.
This
regulation obliges public bodies to post personal information files on their websites, to the extent that they are accessible under the law. This obligation is in line with the government’s policy to ensure more transparency for its citizens.
If you wish to access any information that is not available on our website or the personal information held by our agency that concerns you, you can make your request to the person in charge or the respondents (French) designated in your service centre.
