The inventory of personal information files outlines the type of personal information La Financière agricole holds, uses or conserves in its files, the purposes for which it is used and the categories of persons having access to the file in the exercise of their duties.

Records of personal information communications

The records of the communication and use of personal information outline the personal information held by La Financière agricole and that was transmitted without the consent of the persons concerned, in accordance with the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information. The three sets of records describe for whom the information is gathered, to whom it is communicated and for which purposes it is used other than those for which it was initially provided.
