Like all other Public Service departments and agencies, La Financière agricole recruits its personnel through a competitive selection process. Is there a competition that interests you? Complete an “offer de service” form before the application deadline. If you meet the eligibility criteria, you will be invited to sit for an exam. If you succeed, your name will automatically appear on a list of qualified candidates.
When a job becomes available, La Financière agricole may contact you to see whether you are interested and available and, if applicable, invite you to a hiring interview. If your candidature is not chosen after a hiring interview, your name will remain on the list of declaration of competency and you may be called again for as long as the list remains valid.

In order to increase the presence of young people in the Public Service, the Québec government reserves recruitment campaigns for graduates of university programs, college technical programs and professional training programs in secondary schools.

The call for candidates brochure includes relevant information on how to access the jobs offered. If you meet the eligibility requirements and successfully pass the evaluation, you will be placed on one or more of the lists of declaration of competency.
