Crop insurance advisor

• Applies the standards and procedures related to the crop insurance and income protection programs under his or her responsibility.

Farm financing technician

• Plays a supporting role to financing advisors, tapping into his or her agricultural and financial knowledge to effectively respond to financing applications and monitor authorized loans.

Administrative technician

• Performs support operations for government administration in different fields such as human, material, financial and information resource management, the application of laws and regulations or program follow-up.
• Gathers and analyses data, produces reports and performs different tasks of an administrative nature.

Graphic arts technician

• Designs and performs different work of a technical and artistic nature in graphic arts touching on decoration, illustration and the planning of printing and cartography work.

Forestry technician

• Performs technical work related to the knowledge, improvement, use, transformation, conservation and management of forestry resources and public lands.

Geomatics technician

• Performs computer-assisted digitization operations involving insurable areas, providing data so producer claims can be settled.
• Draws up digitized plans of forestry parcels for financing purposes.
• Performs cartography productions, upon request.

Computer technician

• Carries out different activities aimed at ensuring the development, maintenance, evolution and implementation of system and software applications on different platforms and in particular on the PC platform.

Public works technician

• Assures the follow-up of requests for building maintenance and repair.
• Responds to user needs involving ergonomics and redesigns workstations for special needs.
• Is responsible for occupational health and safety by assuring first aid training, implementing and maintaining emergency teams in the event of a building evacuation and planning fire drills.
• Participates in building projects by developing layout plans and preparing detailed drawings, attending start-up projects, abiding by specifications involving construction work, establishing property needs and planning moves.
