Eligible projects

The line of credit may be used for:

• The farm's operating costs;
• Repayment of an advance, credit margin or overdrawn account, providing the expenses were related to the farm's operating costs;
• Payment of capital or interests on a loan guaranteed by La Financière agricole, or other financing institution approved for a line of credit;
• Payments made to operators;
• Costs related to additional agricultural training with the aim of obtaining Level 1, 2 or 3 training for beginning farmers.
