Computer-assisted measuring uses geomatic software to superimpose different layers of geographic information such as the Québec topographic data base, the primitive land registry and orthophotographs to locate and digitize our clients' insured plots. These data are then saved in the Agricultural Land Data Base (ALDB), which is used to produce farm plans. Producers can access their farm plan, electronically, on the web site of La Financière agricole.
