All clients of La Financière agricole (FADQ) have the possibility of accessing their on-line file using the Internet.
They can also authorize other people to access their on-line file (for example: their spouse, a staff member, an accountant, etc.).
The on-line file also makes it possible for you to transmit information to La Financière agricole.
For more information about the contents of an on-line file, please see the demo (French).
Requirements:
1. Your computer must satisfy the on-line file's browsing requirements;
2. You must have a user code and a password.
To access an on-line file, you just have to:
3. Click on Access, in the section “On-Line File”;
4. Enter your user code and password.
Please see the information found on the website in the Registration section.

To do that, he or she must:

Please note that the owner or associate of a farm business can also confer their on-line file to La Financière agricole. It can then manage access to the file, access that must first be authorized by the owner or associate of the business in question.

A
guide for the person in charge of access management (French) clearly explains the steps to follow to manage user access to the on-line file.
Depending on the situation that arises, the owner or one of the associates of a farm business must complete and sign the requisite form and send it back to their service centre.
If the owner or the associates of a farm business cannot designate a person in charge of access management (no access to the Internet, no person apt to play that management role), but they would nevertheless like one or more persons to have access to their on-line file, La Financière agricole can offer support.
If this option interests you, please contact your service centre for information on the steps to follow. The following forms may then be required from you.
