This honour is in recognition of an outstanding contribution by an individual or organization in developing Québec's agricultural sector through support to aspiring farmers.
La Financière agricole is all too aware of the many challenges facing newcomers to farming.
It is constantly seeking to remove the different obstacles that young entrepreneurs may come up against when starting a farm business.
That is why, in conjunction with the Fédération de la relève du Québec (FRAQ), it has recently revised its Financial Support Program for Aspiring Farmers.
