What is the financial information collection process?

Target programs

Every year, La Financière agricole gathers its clients’ financial information in order to manage the following programs:

Collection benefits

By using the processing tool, you get modern service delivery and simplified transmission of your financial information in a secure computerized environment.  In addition, the amount of correspondence from La Financière agricole is reduced and our involvement with you better harmonized.

Your responsibilities during the year

Transmit your financial information and any other requisite information

Farm or forestry businesses that participate in one of the target programs receive a letter of request for the transmission of financial information for the current participation year, accompanied by the form General Information and Table of Productive Units.

Complete this form yourself using the section Reporting Productive Units in the Guide for Reporting Financial Information.

All the information required, including the financial information, must be transmitted through a secure web-based application on the website of La Financière agricole and must meet the requirements in the Guide for Reporting Financial Information.

A network of accredited accountants, located in every region of Québec, is ready and able to transmit your financial information. Don’t hesitate to refer to it.
