On-Line Services

How do I register to the on-line file?

You are the sole owner, a shareholder, a partner (member of the partnership)? To register for your on-line file as the person in charge of this file:

  1. Complete and sign the Designation of the person in charge of access management form (PDF) ;
  2. Send the completed file to your service centre.

We will send you back a letter in which your user code and temporary password will be written.

What are the roles of the person in charge of access management for the on-line file?

Each on-line file is the responsibility of ONE person, who is designated as the person in charge of access management (PCAM). The PCAM represents the business at La Financière agricole with regard to its on-line file. The PCAM therefore has access to all the personal and confidential information of the business contained in the on-line file, whether current, changed or future.

The role of the PCAM is to:

  • Register the business for the on-line file at La Financière agricole;
  • Grant partial or full access rights to users whose duties require on-line file access;
  • Manage the access rights of these users and withdraw these access rights if need be;
  • Notify users that they agree not to disclose at any time their user code or password;
  • Make further decisions and take action relating to the on-line file of the business.

Is it possible to have a third party manage my on-line file?

Yes. The owner, directors or partners of the business can give this responsibility to another person (e.g. spouse, staff member, etc.).

Here are the steps to follow to register a third party as the person in charge of access management of the on-line file:

  1. Complete and sign the Designation of the person in charge of access management form (PDF).
  2. Produce a resolution signed by a member of your board of directors or a power of attorney, depending on the legal form of your business.
  3. Send the completed form to your service centre.

We will send you back an e-mail with the PCAM user code and temporary password.

Who can have access to the business’s on-line file?

Everyone to whom the PCAM has granted access rights (partial or full) can access the on-line file of the business.

The PCAM can provide a user code and password to persons whose duties require access to the file (e.g. spouse, staff member, accountant, etc.). It is therefore important that access be granted only to users whose duties in the business require access to the on-line file, since some sections in the file contain or may contain more sensitive information.
