They carry out different tasks to ensure that all service centre operations run smoothly.
Insurance coordinators are in charge of the administration and application of certain insurance and income protection programs. They act as resource persons by interpreting, explaining and advising their team and regional teams on the programs under their responsibility. They coordinate and supervise the work done by a technical team and ensure the control and follow-up of activities.
