La Financière agricole du Québec is a public enterprise whose mission is to support and promote the development of the agricultural and agri-food sector from a sustainable development perspective.

It provides businesses with income protection, insurance, and agricultural financing products and services to help them manage the potential risks in this industry. In pursuing this mission, the agency places special importance to developing the primary sector.

  • Please verify the eligibility criteria to meet before enrolling in the program.
  • Provide us with all the information and documents we require to analyze your file.
  • Inform us without delay of any change in your situation (e.g., change of address, change of shareholders, sale of the business, etc.).
  • Help us improve our products and services by responding to the surveys we send you.
  • Send us your complaints, requests for review, and comments.

You have a period of 90 calendar days following the date of the contested decision to send us your written request for review, stating your reasons. Further information is available in the Policy on Requests for Review (PDF in French).
