This program aims to help businesses affected by Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea (PED) and Swine Delta Coronavirus (SDCV) to cover certain additional costs required to counter the virus and limit the financial consequences of this infection.
The Équipe québécoise de santé porcine (EQSP - Québec swine health team) administers this program. The task force ensures a concerted approach against Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea, Swine Delta Coronavirus and Senecavirus A with industry partners and government authorities.

If you see any clinical signs of illness at the farm, consult your veterinarian immediately. If your veterinarian confirms the presence of the disease, promptly notify the EQSP by calling the Éleveurs de porcs du Québec's hotline at 1 866 218-3042.
