Our electronic services are made available at all times. The technological infrastructure does, however, require maintenance from time to time.
In addition, a brief daily backup period may cause difficulties accessing our online services Monday to Friday, between 8:05 p.m. and 8:15 p.m. This operation is essential to the proper functioning and security of our systems.
The preferred period for carrying out more extensive maintenance work remains Saturday, from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
We will endeavour to inform you a few days ahead of time when maintenance work is planned. A message on the site’s home page or in the online services section will notify you of the period and duration of such work.
